The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel offered complimentary cards to various attractions, which saved us a lot of money during our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options to satisfy any taste. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout our stay.
The internet connection was not consistent and could be frustrating at times. The sofa bed in the room was not very comfortable, resulting in an unpleasant sleeping experience.

The breakfast was great, and the staff was excellent at replenishing everything. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to all the amenities. the room was cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the ski lifts were just a short walk away which was very convenient.
The lack of proper communication from the hotel staff was highly disappointing. We were promised a special New Year's Eve dinner and celebration, but it turned out to be nothing more than a regular dinner.
